In the magical region of the Valle d'Aosta, in the small municipality of Pollein, 5 km from Aosta, the Erik Tognan farm has given a new lease of life to long-abandoned land, in a rediscovered rural tradition, by passionately cultivating local produce such as apples, walnuts and potatoes, using natural, traditional farming methods that take up and rediscover the practices of yesteryear and bring them up to date with modern times.

Respect for nature in its authentic expression is the strength of this farm, and is reflected in its organic production. The company is one of the leading producers of organic fruit in the Valle d'Aosta, guaranteeing the cultivation of the land through ancestral irrigation using water from our mountains, the result of the melting of the snow and glaciers of the valley's peaks.

The use of natural fertilizers, produced directly by the cows raised by the company, meets the same philosophy of respect for nature and the environment.

Erik offers, with great experience, excellent products, the fruit of the work of the land: namely apples of different qualities, such as Renetta, Jonagold, Golden, but also potatoes with white or red skin: products sold and freshly picked or processed, always focusing on quality.
